Stockport Cricket Club Fantasy League 2007

Rules

Teams must always consist of 5 batsmen, 1 all-rounder, 1 wicketkeeper and 4 bowlers.

Points can only be scored in league matches.

Points can only be scored in the 1^st league match played each weekend.

Each team must have a value of 80 points or less.

No one may include themselves in their team.

Points

Points will be awarded as follows:

The competition will start on May 5^th.

Each team entered costs £10

Transfers

There will be 3 transfer windows.

The 1^st window will run from May 19^th to May 29^th, with transfers being effective from the weekend of June 2^nd.

The 2^nd window will be open from June 23^rd to July 3^rd, with transfers being effective from the weekend of July 7^th.

The 3^rd window will run from July 28^th to August 7^th, with transfers being effective from August 11^th.

Each transfer made costs £2 and a maximum of 3 transfers may be made in each window.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by:

The most points scored in the 1^st quarter.
The team costing the least in the 1^st quarter.
The team containing the player scoring the most points in the 1^st quarter.
The team containing the player scoring the next most points in the 1^st quarter.

If this remains equal, numbers 1-4 will apply to the 2^nd quarter then 3^rd quarter and finally 4^th quarter.

If still equal, the prize(s) will be shared.

The prizes will consist of the base prizes below, supplemented by money taken in from transfers.

1^st place - £60

2^nd place - £25

3^rd place - £15

Players marked * on the entry form have unconfirmed availability for the season.

Further players may be added for future transfer windows.
